Ergad Technology has inaugurated a new production area in Arad, expanding its capacity with more than 3.000 additional square metres and bringing the total available surface to 9.000 square metres.

The site, orderly and modern, employs approximately 200 people and faithfully replicates the production facilities of its Italian partner company.

Thanks to a completely revised layout, production efficiency has been optimised. New areas dedicated to employee well-being have also been created, including green spaces and a refreshment area.

We developed numerous power electronics solutions, including full-bridge and half-bridge motor control inverters, designed to handle direct current (DC), brushless (BLDC) and permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) motors.
Our power boards integrate high-performance gate drivers, overvoltage, overcurrent and overheating protection, and current sensing and position feedback circuits (encoders or Hall sensors).

Ergad Technology recently expanded its manufacturing presence by opening a new production area in Arad, Romania – an important step on its journey to expand and strengthen its industrial capacity.

This strategic investment looks to the future, and is geared towards sustainable growth, operational continuity between branches, and the establishment of an efficient, orderly and quality working environment.

For an innovative electronic smart home management device, we created a comprehensive software solution that manages the product, from its initial configuration to everyday use, offering tailor-made tools for installers and end users.

The solution is based on two separate mobile applications, designed to meet the specific needs of two different types of users: professional installers and end users.

We designed and built a fully automated robotic assembly line for final product assembly, from PCBAs to packaged and ready-for-sale items.

The line consists of six robots, with specific roles. PCBAs are supplied by the SMT department in panel form, already inspected via AOI.

An automatic cutting station separates individual PCBAs, which are then conveyed to the first robot station.
