Our recruitment process

We are always looking for motivated, competent people eager to grow with us in a dynamic environment, where innovation and passion for electronics and IT make the difference, every single day.
This is why we have established a clear, transparent and effective recruitment process, designed to enhance talent and ensure the best possible candidate experience.

  • The first step is to send your resume, either through the “Work With Us” section on our website, or by replying to an open position. We carefully evaluate each profile, also with a view to future opportunities.

  • We analyse all applications we receive, and select those most in line with the role’s requirements. If your profile is the right fit, you will be contacted for a first interview.

  • The first interview with HR can take place remotely or in person, and its purpose is to learn more about your experience, motivations and expectations. At the same time, you will get to know know our company, our values and the open position better.

  • Based on the position, we may ask you to take a technical, practical or aptitude test. This will help us understand your skills and the way you approach your work better.

  • In the final phase, you will meet the managers of the team you might join. It will be a more in-depth discussion on the role, the challenges ahead and the prospects for growth.

  • If the recruitment process is successful, you will receive a formal proposal. If you accept it, our onboarding process will begin and take you through the first steps at the company.
